Nomos 751

15 September

In an attempt to reclaim bad taste, rude humour, and sexist jokes as a vital part of the everyday discourse, stripping them from their politically weaponised roles, we'll conduct a pop music exercise, based on recent tracks of 2 new generation bands, who - from different sides- challenge the politically correct consensus of the 2018 indie/punk/pop scene.

Kitty Litter's female powerpop banger "Blood On His Dick", along with Aliens From Planet 6's chav anthems "Πως Μυρίζει Το Μουνί Σου" and "Γαμήσου Πούστη Γέρο", will be used as materie prime, from where words and meaning will be extracted. Using magnetic tape, both as storage, and as an endless repetition medium, we'll create a soundscape defined by rhythm, fun, and sex, where obscenities act as landmarks.

Nomos 751 are Bilias (bass & vocals), & George (organ, synth, tape echo & mixer). Formed in 2016, they have so far released one LP, and 3 singles. They stand against rock mythology, dead idols, guitar heroes, marshall stacks, leather pants, dad rockers, tough-guy posturing, star worshippers, & every other aspect of museum rock.
