A presentation/performance about the paradox between the distinct, unique identity each nation claims to have and the tedious dullness of their respective musical flags. It includes a short introduction to the boring musical characteristics of national anthems, controversial mashups, multiple choice games and a big surprise!

Alexandros Drosos is a pianist and composer dividing his time between Berlin and Athens. He has given classical music recitals and performed his own compositions, in Berlin, London and Greece. He has taken part in many performances and musical projects of the queer FYTINI label and is currently working on a queer opera.
