Aurora Dourada

Pedro, a disgruntled right-wing Brazilian man, wants to become a member of Golden Dawn (‘Aurora Dourada’, in his native Portuguese). The only problem is… he is not quite Greek enough. In this TED-style talk, he talks about his journey towards becoming a true Greek, a task he is sure he has now accomplished. But was it worth all the effort?

Pedro de Senna is a theatre practitioner and academic. He was born in Rio de Janeiro, where he started performing in 1993. He is Senior Lecturer in Contemporary Theatre at Middlesex University, London, and he also works as a freelance director, performer and dramaturg. His performances sometimes contain some elements of truth.
